Diane Hanson

Diane Hanson has helped many organizations develop highly functioning teams and competent and caring managers. Her wide variety of experience includes work with private industry such as pharmaceutical and financial companies, as well as universities, local, state and federal government and non-profits.

Diane was owner of Creative Resource Development, Inc. for 28 years. Prior to starting her own business, she was an award-winning sales manager with Ayerst Laboratories (now Pfizer Pharmaceuticals) and has worked as a contract training manager at Astra Zeneca.

Under her leadership as Mayor of Dewey Beach, Delaware, for six years, the town is now a beautiful family-friendly beach community that swells from 300 residents to up to 40,000 in summer. Dewey Beach also became one of the most dog-friendly beach towns on the East Coast during her tenure with dog-friendly hotels, rentals and some restaurants. There are many dog events throughout the year including two greyhound weekends, doodle weekend, golden retriever weekend, and Chihuahua races for Cinco de Mayo.

Diane has always had a love of animals and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Chester County SPCA (now Brandywine SPCA) for 3 years. After receiving her BS degree from Cornell University, Diane graduated with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania with her MS in Organizational Dynamics.

Todd Cameron

Todd Cameron is a corporate innovation lab Technical Product Leader. Collaborating with large multinational corporate clients, he leads emerging technology early-stage incubation projects. He has more than 20 years of software industry experience, specializing in Blockchain, Scrum, Lean Startup, and reporting analytics applications.

A frequent presenter on technology and tax topics, he belongs to the Scrum Alliance and Accounting Blockchain Coalition. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Temple University and a Master's from Penn State. He lives with his family outside of Philadelphia.
